Domestic Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days.
Weekend or holiday orders are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Delhi NCR:

Prepaid Orders: Complimentary shipping on orders above ₹1,999. A shipping fee of ₹99 will be applicable on orders below ₹1,999.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Complimentary shipping on orders above ₹1,999. A COD handling fee of ₹149 will be applicable on orders below ₹1,999.

Rest of India:

Prepaid Orders: Complimentary shipping on orders above ₹1,999. A shipping fee of ₹149 will be applicable on orders below ₹1,999.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Complimentary shipping on orders above ₹1,999. A COD handling fee of ₹199 will be applicable on orders below ₹1,999.

Delivery takes 3–7 business days. Tracking details are shared after dispatch. Delays due to high volume or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping for up to 1 kg: ₹3500
Each additional 500 g: ₹500

We do not ship to restricted or politically sensitive destinations, including Australia and New Zealand.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on customs and courier processes.

Custom duties, taxes, and import fees must be paid by the recipient. These are not included in shipping charges.

Shipments must be addressed to valid residential or commercial addresses. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect details, shipping fees will not be refunded.
